Rapinni (Brassica oleracea) is well known in the Italian culture, and is also popular in China and Hong Kong. Appearing to resemble broccoli, Rapinni (also known as Broccoli Raab) is most closely related to the turnip family. Its small broccoli-like florets never grow larger than a few inches. The flavor profile is rich, slightly peppery in flavor.
Ready in just 40-60 days. The tender florets should be harvested as soon as they reach a diameter of 1″ and before the buds open. You can continue harvesting as long as the florets remain tender.
Grows to a height of 24 inches and prefers full sun.
